About Michael Reeves
Hi, I'm Michael. I'm the founder, owner and operator of Reeves Digital, based in Hervey Bay, Queensland. I help small businesses across the Fraser Coast, Bundaberg, the Sunshine Coast and the rest of Australia get practical websites, online stores and advertising that bring in enquiries and sales.
My background
I've spent more than 10 years working hands-on in ecommerce and logistics. For a decade I ran a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse, setting up the systems that kept stock moving and orders going out the door. That's also where I built my experience selling on Amazon and eBay.
For five years I also owned and ran my own online retail business, selling DVDs, Blu-rays and 4K Ultra HD titles on Amazon and eBay. So I know what it's like from the owner's side: paying for stock, watching margins and needing every dollar of advertising to earn its keep.
More recently I was ecommerce manager at Fishos Tackle World, an Australian fishing retailer. I managed an online catalogue of more than 20,000 products, ran logistics and worked closely with the business's marketing agency.
Still working in online retail every day
I haven't stepped back from the work I help clients with. I still manage Amazon and eBay selling, look after the logistics of shipping stock into Amazon marketplaces around the world, and run the advertising that drives those sales. It keeps me close to what's working online right now, and that's the experience I bring to every website, store and campaign I build.
