Reeves Digital (ABN 63 692 246 763), run by Michael Reeves in Hervey Bay, Queensland, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us through our website, by email or by phone, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and information about your project.

This is collected through cookies and analytics tools, including Squarespace analytics and, where used, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and website reviews, deliver and support our services, send invoices, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website platform (Squarespace), email provider, accounting software and Google advertising and analytics services. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We will also disclose information where required by law.
